Mocha Muddle
ingredients:
½ cup cold brew coffee
- ½ cup vanilla half-and-half
1 cup chocolate milk
Optional:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
2 teaspoons shredded coconut
instructions:
- In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine cold brew with half-and-half and chocolate milk.
- Shake until smooth and combined.
- Evenly pour into two rocks glasses filled with ice. Serve and enjoy!
Optional: Before you pour drink mixture into glasses, make a simple chocolate syrup.
- Combine coconut oil and chocolate chips in a small glass bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted and a syrup-like consistency is achieved (this usually takes about 2 minutes).
- Using martini glasses, drizzle the chocolate syrup into the glass in a zig-zag like pattern.
- Evenly pour the drink mixture overtop. Garnish with a pinch of shredded coconut in the center.
