Sparkling Emilia


  • 1/3 oz. Rhubarb Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • 3 oz. Plain LaCroix


How to cook Sparkling Emilia

  1. Mix all three ingredients together. It would look best in a clear coupe glass or a clear champagne glass.
  2. Garnish with a small edible flowers. You could also use a vanilla bean or pomegranate arils for a different look. The colorful garnish really livens up the drink!
  3. Note: This drink HAS to be served cold. Make sure the LaCroix is good and cold when you start pouring.
