Celery Salty Dog

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. Celery Simply Syrup
- 1 cup Red Grapefruit Juice (fresh squeezed or bottled)
- 3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- Kosher salt for the glass rim
- Fresh grapefruit for garnish
Instructions
In a shaker combine ice, celery simple syrup, grapefruit juice and bitters.Shake wellUse a grapefruit slice to moisten the rim of a highball glassDip the glass in kosher salt (or your preferred salt), fill glass with ice.Pour!
