Grapefruit Rosemary Sparkler
ingredients:
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
La Croix sparkling water, Pamplemousse (grapefruit) flavor
10 dashes grapefruit bitters
Optional: grapefruit peel garnish
instructions:
- Add your fresh rosemary sprig to 2 champagne flutes.
- Pour sparkling water over rosemary into the flutes until full.
- Add 5 dashes grapefruit bitters to each flute. Serve and enjoy!
Optional:
- To take the garnish up a notch, use a vegetable peeler to peel the rind from a fresh grapefruit.
- Cut into ¼ inch strips with kitchen shears.
- Wrap the strip around a pencil and hold for 30 seconds to make a spiral.
- Garnish champagne flutes with the swirled peel. Serve and enjoy!
