Peanut Butter Cup


  • 3 heaping TBS peanut butter
  • 3 TBS dark chocolate chips
  • 3 TBS drk brown sugar.
  • 4 oz room temperature unsalted butter
  • 6 oz Double strength coffee or espresso, and/or steamed milk


How to cook Peanut Butter Cup

  1. Combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and brown sugar in medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid scorching.
  3. Remove from heat. Add butter, stirring constantly to incorporate all ingredients. When finished, should be a smooth, even consistency. Allow to cool.
  4. Add 2 oz of ‘base’ to 6 oz of hot, double strength brewed coffee, or, 2 oz of espresso and 4 oz of steamed or heated milk, or, 6 oz of steamed or heated milk.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream.
