Peanut Butter Cup
ingredients:
- 3 heaping TBS peanut butter
- 3 TBS dark chocolate chips
- 3 TBS drk brown sugar.
- 4 oz room temperature unsalted butter
- 6 oz Double strength coffee or espresso, and/or steamed milk
instructions:
How to cook Peanut Butter Cup
- Combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and brown sugar in medium saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid scorching.
- Remove from heat. Add butter, stirring constantly to incorporate all ingredients. When finished, should be a smooth, even consistency. Allow to cool.
- Add 2 oz of ‘base’ to 6 oz of hot, double strength brewed coffee, or, 2 oz of espresso and 4 oz of steamed or heated milk, or, 6 oz of steamed or heated milk.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
