Batched mocktail recipes are a favorite of mine; they up-level any event but give you the freedom to step away from behind the bar which gives you the freedom to enjoy your guests and party—it’s a win-win if you ask me! Easter Tropical Carrot Bellini

Yield: 2-4 Author: Marnie Rae Print Easter Tropical Carrot Bellini ingredients: ¼ cup frozen mango chunks ¼ cup frozen peach slices 1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled 2 tablespoons raw honey 1 cup Orange-Carrot juice 1 cup sparkling water 2 sprigs cilantro instructions: How to cook Easter Tropical Carrot Bellini Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, except the sparkling water. Blend until smooth. Evenly divide turmeric mixture between champagne flutes. Top each glass with 1/2 cup sparkling water, gently stir to combine, and garnish with a floppy spring of cilantro to look like a carrot top. Serves 2-4 depending on

Author: Marnie Rae Print Summer Splash ingredients: 1 cup watermelon cubes 1 cup frozen organic strawberries 12-ounce can frozen lemonade Juice of 1 lime instructions: How to cook Summer Splash Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and desired consistency is achieved. Add water if needed, until you reach your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy! Better: To give this frose superfood status, add 1 teaspoon goji powder to the blender before blending. Author: Marnie Rae Print Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub Sparkler ingredients: ½ cup rhubarb, cut into ¼” pieces 1 cup red wine vinegar 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup sliced strawberries ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped 8 ounces club soda 2 mint sprigs instructions: How to cook Strawberry Rhubarb Shrub Sparkler Combine rhubarb, vinegar, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rhubarb is completely broken down and strands are visible. Yield: 8 Author: Marnie Rae Print Lemon Drop ingredients: 3 tsp lemon extract 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup sugar 1 cup water fresh mint 6 oz soda water instructions: How to cook Lemon Drop In a medium saucepan combine lemon extract, vanilla extract, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. At boil, remove from heat and allow to cool. When cool, combine 2-3oz of ‘base’ with 6oz of soda water and a generous sprig of mint with ice in a shaker tin. Muddle well and strain into a martini glass, or over ice. Garnish

Author: Marnie Rae Print Blueberry Mint Spritzer ingredients: 2 oz Blueberry juice 1 oz Lime juice, plus wedges for garnish 4 oz club soda Fresh mint instructions: How to cook Blueberry Mint Spritzer In a tumbler filled with ice, combine the blueberry juice, lime juice and club soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Enjoy! Better: Garnish with fresh blueberries. You can either add a few berries to your glass, or skewer 4 berries on a toothpick and serve in the drink. Best: Before you make the spritzer, muddle 2 slices cucumber

Author: Marnie RaePrint Recipe Pomegranate Sparkler ingredients: Pomegranate Syrup 2 cups pomegranate juice ¼ cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice Pomegranate Sparkler 4 tablespoons pomegranate syrup* 8 oz spicy ginger beer or ginger ale 2 grapefruit slices 2 sprigs fresh mint instructions: Pomegranate Syrup Bring 2 cups pomegranate juice, ¼ cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to a simmer in an uncovered saucepan, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Reduce heat just enough to maintain a light simmer for one hour, or until the juice has a syrupy consistency and has reduced to about half a cup. Pour

Yield: 2Author: Marnie RaePrint Recipe Spiced Mulled “Wine” ingredients:   1 cup apple cider   ¾ cup cranberry juice   2 cinnamon sticks   2 orange slices 1 teaspoon whole cloves 3 star anise pods   instructions:   In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine all ingredients and simmer until warm and spices have flavored the juice, about 15 minutes. Strain the mulled “wine” into 2 mugs, reserving the spices and oranges for another use. Serve and enjoy! Optional: Garnish with an orange slice around the rim and a fresh cinnamon stick. Spicy Grapefruit Margarita

Author: Marnie Rae – Inspired by Curious Elixirs Print Spicy Grapefruit Margarita ingredients: .5 oz. jalapeno simple syrup 1 small ginger slice 2 small jalapeno rounds 1/4 c. lime juice 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 c. grapefruit juice Adobo Chile Salt for rim instructions: How to cook Spicy Grapefruit Margarita Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip into the Adobo Chili salt Add ice to your glass In your shaker add 1-2 jalapeno rounds, ginger slice, and jalapeno syrup. Muddle gently to release the flavors. Add the lime juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and ice to the shaker.
