Bartenders! Listen up! This one’s for you!
Today my team and I have selected some of our favorite EASY-TO-MAKE mocktails for you to check out, so that you can whip something up for that non-a drinker sitting across your bar.
Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade
Water, sugar, lemonade, sparkling water, and some raspberries–it’s pretty likely you’re going to have all of this behind your bar (and if you don’t have the raspberries, substitute with something else tasty that you do have on hand!).
Cranberry Orange Mocktail
“Hmmmm, what do I have on-hand to make this patron something yummy?” We’ve got your answer: cranberry cocktail (duh), orange juice (double-duh), sprite (triple-duh).
Tequila Sunrise Mocktail (without the tequila)
If you’re thinking “wait a second, tequila?!” then you’re not alone–but this one is basically that, minus the hangover (lol!). With OJ, peach juice (you could forgo this if you didn’t have it handy), lemon-lime soda, and grenadine, chances are you’re gonna be able to whip this puppy up for any guest looking for a good time!
Lemonade Sangria
Really wanna wow your customers? Make this lemonade sangria, that has them feeling fancy and like they’re part of the club–grab all your fruit on hand (strawberries, grapes, pears, watermelon, apples, oranges, etc) and mix it with limeade, lemonade, and sparkling apple juice–and top with sprigs of mint and a lime wedge. Your customers will literally be smiling ear-to-ear!
Mimosa Mocktail
Orange juice, pineapple juice, and orange-flavored sparkling water–talk about easy peasy pineapple squeezy!
After rounding these up for you, it kinda got me thinking–what if we put together the best-of-the-best for behind the bar–like recipes that elevate your customer experience but don’t take a whole bunch of new products. Would you like to see that?
Cheers,
Marnie Rae
